whatsoever. i beg you to not force me, my wife, my tenants and my neighbors to live next to a restaurant that will pollute our homes with kitchen exhaust with developlation and restaurant operation noise, especially without having given us an opportunity before this evening to register our concerns. this forum is not a level playing field in which for us to be getting our first bite at the apple on this issue and i really wonder why. the guy wants to have a restaurant, okay, follow the proper channels, give people notice and work with them to resolve problems rather than sliping it under the radar by manipulating the system and browbeating inspectors. i also believe that by interpreting the new restaurant ordinance in the manner it's been interpreted, my neighbors and i have been completely cut off from seeking review of this project before the permits were issued. i urge you to revoke this perform and -- permit and spent tens of thousands of dollars to be with you tonight and what we have discovered is that this thing has some serious problems and i don't think i should be doing the due dili

projects fulfill the criteria for prop a and will beg funding for the future... and the bay shore station. four schools, elementary, middle and high school are near this main artery which needs to provide better routes for our children and youth. the project has enormous support for the residents in the park and three district and similar other districts in the west. for every 20 years this project has been identified as being the critical transportation project for the health and well-being of the san francisco southern region, the community plan will be complete. this relatively small project is more bang to the buck for criteria for funding, it will provide transit reliability and the over development area to the rest of the city it will provide more access and above the other projects proposed that were, the projects should begin priority due to the necessity and the long neglected community. i am familiar with the roadways not being funded by the transportation funds and which makes better sense when a roadway traverses the land and rpd funding has been cut over the years. rp

. the storm moved in with heavy rain and gusty winds and the weather is causing beg problems in the bay area. john hallston is live from san francisco with a look at the damage. reporter: this is one location. that's tangled metal is a mess and bill be here a day or so. this canopy at the gas station has been lying on its edge here at the 76 station in san francisco. this was also a stroke of bad luck and good luck. fortunately there was no car or customer undermight when it fell. this happened at 3:30 this afternoon when a strong rainstorm blew through. the fire department says it appears a large branch from a nearby try broke off and fell right on the canopy over the pumps. the branch also smashed through the back of a car. the gas station clerk hit the automatic shutoff valve and turned off power to the pumps. >> i heard something, and i saw the trees fell down, so i hit this and canopy fell down. >> thank god. she was in the car last night. so i'm thanking god none of us got killed sitting in the car. we were sitting in the car last night. >> she says her car broke down and had

begging. >> i'm sorry. we do have a little bit of rain on the way though that could damp be santa's plans. i'm sure he'll still make his travels, no problem. let's take a look outside with the michael & son live weather cam. we're taking a look at the capitol building. yesterday at this time it was so windy. right now it is colder, but it's less windy. that is for sure. 35 degrees right now with clear skies. that dew point 19. it's really cold and dry atmosphere with winds out of the west at 8 miles per hour right now. that's a big improvement. we're going to continue to see those winds relaxing as we head through the overnight hours. so in your weather headlines, we have very cold air in place tonight, but less windy. that's going to lead to a very nicesunday. we're going to see lots of sunshine to help bump up the temperatures. weak disturbances on the way that could bring rain for santa. right now already down to 30 degrees in gaithersburg. 32 martinsburg and leesburg. same in manassas. with the wind chill, it's making it feel like 24 in frederick, 31 in annapolis, 24 in andrews.
